THESE TERMS OF USE CONSTITUTE A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND COMPANY. All references to the Site shall include any websites or mobile applications of Company subsidiaries and/or affiliates that are involved in the Site or provision of the Services (as defined below). The Site is owned by PayLease, LLC (DBA Zego) and/or its subsidiaries or affiliates (collectively, 'Company', 'we', 'our', 'us'). These Terms of Use (these 'Terms' or the 'Agreement') apply to persons or entities (collectively, with all persons or entities who access the Site, 'Users', 'you' or 'your') who access the Company websites and/or mobile applications (collectively, the 'Site'). If you are representative of a property manager, property, owner, or homeowner's association and your company has executed an agreement with Company where by Company provides services to your company, your company's use of the Site and/or the Services is governed by the Company Services Agreement and the related Terms and Conditions.
